Last night I went for a walk with Nic. Trent is still away and I don't have a lot of motivation to get out and walk, so catching up with Nic is good.
We went to do laps at the school like we normally do but they had stuff going on there. We went to another school near their place instead. I think the oval at this other school was nicer but one side was quite prickly. Not fun when you are walking/running barefoot. I really need to look into new sneakers so I don't have to go barefoot.
I did some walking and running but my legs were really tight so I didn't do as much as I would have liked too. Lets hope they are better before my next walk.
I went 4.1km today, not far but it is better than nothing.
